Milk Chocolate Bar

A classic milk chocolate from Genoa, made slowly to a smooth, velvety finish.

The full, comforting flavour of milk chocolate made using the techniques and ancient recipes of the traditional confectionery makers. Made with cocoa, milk and sugar, with the addition of cocoa butter during the conching process. The cocoa paste is kneaded slowly on a granite block and, after refining, undergoes continuous conching for three days and nights until it takes on a velvety texture.
