This allows us to confirm production with our Italian vendors and begin preparation, while ensuring sufficient time for careful packing and delivery.
In the rare event that an item cannot be sourced, Cestino will always propose a carefully curated alternative of similar quality and price.
The final decision is always yours or your couple’s.

Changes to quantities or product selection can be made up to two months before the event.
After this point, production has already begun with our artisans.
We often recommend ordering one or two additional items, as an extra guest may occasionally join close to the celebration.
The minimum order value at Cestino is €500.
This ensures that we can:

- Produce and pack items with the level of care your wedding deserves
- Deliver a curated, cohesive result rather than individual, disconnected items
The minimum order allows us to maintain quality, consistency and the personal approach that defines Cestino.
All items are made specifically for your wedding and are often personalised.
Upfront payment allows us to:

- Fairly compensate our artisans
- Ensure availability, quality and timely delivery
As each product is unique, upfront payment is standard and legally permitted.
As personalised items are created specifically for your event, they cannot be returned.
Delivery & Packaging
So everything arrives ready for your celebration – beautifully and thoughtfully prepared.
We deliver directly to your event venue in Italy.
To ensure smooth delivery, we require:
- The full venue address
- A named contact person on site
- Someone available to receive and sign for the delivery
If you do not purchase bags or baskets from Cestino:
- Each product is packed securely and individually
- Items arrive safely protected, but not assembled into a single unit
- This gives you flexibility to create your own setup – such as a welcome market, display table or personalised arrangement
If you purchase bags or baskets from Cestino:
- Products are packed directly into the bags or baskets
- Everything arrives carefully boxed and protected
- Welcome bags are ready to be placed directly in guest rooms, on chairs, or as part of your event setup
