


Dark Hazelnut Chocolate Bar
A Genoese dark chocolate enriched with Piemonte’s prized trilobate hazelnuts, crafted with traditional patience.
The Romanengo hazelnut chocolate is available in bitter dark (with 64% to 70% cocoa) and milk versions. Made by traditional methods using only cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar and milk (this latter in the milk chocolate version only). The cocoa paste is kneaded slowly on a granite block and, after refining, undergoes continuous conching for three days and nights until it takes on a velvety texture. A balanced product with a comforting flavour, with the precious addition of chopped Piedmont three-lobed hazelnuts, for a combination of flavours which will delight young and old alike.
