


64% Dark Chocolate Bar with Candied Orange
A Genoese dark chocolate where cacao depth meets the brightness of candied orange peel - an old tradition, rendered with restraint.
A chocolate bar with a carefully balanced flavour. A well balanced bitter chocolate with 64% to 70% cocoa, depending on the season and the confectioner's choice, enriched with our most precious threads of candied orange in line with the ancient traditions, and free of artificial preservatives and flavourings. Made with cocoa and sugar, with cocoa butter added during the conching process. The cocoa paste is kneaded slowly on a granite block and, after refining, undergoes continuous conching for three days and nights until it takes on a velvety texture.
