A Genoese dark chocolate with impeccable balance, made with patient, traditional workmanship.
A chocolate bar with a carefully balanced flavour. A well balanced bitter chocolate with 64% to 70% cocoa, depending on the season and the confectioner's choice. Made with cocoa and sugar, with cocoa butter added during the conching process. The cocoa paste is kneaded slowly on a granite block and, after refining, undergoes continuous conching for three days and nights until it takes on a velvety texture.
