Pasta Alica is an all-Italian artisan pasta made from carefully selected wheat grown primarily in the Tavoliere delle Puglie and Basilicata.

Produced through short supply chain projects that support local farmers, the wheat is milled using low grinding methods and worked with local water at a maximum of 25°C to preserve its natural qualities.

This pasta belongs to the La Tradizionale line, deeply connected to regional customs and Italian pasta-making heritage.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten.
